This initial consultation agreement is made through the online appointment between Prospect (from here on referred to as “Client”), and with the Immigration consultant Adnan Khalid (RCIC# 706157)/and or Zaheer ud Din Babar (RCIC#530823) from FELCUS IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC and their associates (from here on referred to as “the firm”) Incorporated federally and provincially from Alberta, Canada and to advise client for the purpose of a/an immigration advice and opinion during the meeting.
This agreement supersedes all prior understandings, warranties, representations, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties. The information provided to the RCIC(s) in the assessment form and during the consultation is for the purpose of obtaining a consultation and is not intended for the purpose of establishing a consultant-client relationship until a Client seeking representation has executed a written legal services agreement entering into such a relationship with the RCIC(s). Advice that is given on the date of the Consultation is valid on this date only due to possible changes in immigration law and the personal circumstances of the Client.
The consultant may engage one or more associate regulated consultant(s) (RCICs) based on the nature of case/advice and the client authorizes the consultant for such arrangements. All RCIC(s) in good standing are bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations of ICCRC and authorized to advice on immigration matters.
The client/consultant will be bound to privacy laws in Canada and expects mutual respectful relationship. The client will refrain from any defamation or effort to harm reputation of the consultant/firm in any case.
In case of cancellation (24 hours before the appointment) on the part of the client, an administration (cancellation) fee of $75 will be applied, and less than 24 hours of the appointment no refund will be issued. The consultant/company may use a third party services for facilitating the payment. Please read terms and conditions of payment service provider carefully while making payment as they may affect the total payout amount to you in case of refunds.
This Agreement will automatically terminate immediate after attending the consultation session. Any further requested session, phone calls, emails will be billed on an hourly basis until the new agreement is signed for next phase superceding this agreement or atleast an proper intent is made during the meeting by the client and accepted by RCIC(s). The Parties understand that this Agreement is not an exclusive arrangement (i.e. – the Parties aren’t “going steady”). The Parties agree that they are free to enter into other similar agreements with other parties.
The services to be provided under this Agreement are limited to a single consultation on the matter described above through online medium googlemeet/skype/MS teams. The RCIC(S) shall not provide further information or advice to Client unless the Client and the RCIC(S) have expressly agreed to a continuation with respect to this and other matters and a separate written agreement concerning those other matters has been entered into by Client
and RCIC(S). This agreement does not obligate the RCIC(S) to act for Client in any application or proceedings. Should the client require further advice or representation from the RCIC(S) following this initial consultation, the Client must sign a separate retainer agreement with RCIC(S).
Neither Party can waive any provision of this Agreement, or any rights or obligations under this Agreement, unless agreed to in writing by the Parties. I f any provision, right, or obligation is waived, it’s only waived to the extent agreed to in writing.
This agreement is shared officially through email, and no formal signatures or acceptance is required.
